Tasks and Responsibilities:

Duties of the digital Marketing Specialist Include, but are not limited to: supporting the organization through the creation and execution of digital marketing material; supporting the maintenance of the organization’s website, social media accounts; organizing timely promotion of the organization; supporting and promoting the organization’s mission; and maintaining high standards of confidentiality.

Due to COVID-19 all work will take place only online.

Qualifications Include: proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite Including Photoshop, Illustrator and lnDeslgn; Web Designing, WordPress, ability to work Independently; strong team work and Interpersonal skills; and excellent writing skills to make content for the website.
Teamwork refers to the skills needed to interact with other people especially to canvass advertisements, get appointments for the online interviews; contact with various arts and cultural organizations to get the news for the news portal, get ongoing connections for the organization to build the network. At work, coordinate tasks, share resources, plan, make decisions, negotiate. solve conftlcts and complete other actlvlties that involve teamwork.
Communication refers to the skills needed to exchange thoughts and information with other people. This exchange can happen orally by speaking, listening andusing non-verbal cues, such as body language or In writing. This position will be In an assistant role. The duties of the communications assistant include, but are not limited to: developing and executing a communications outreach plan for the organization; assisting with stakeholder communications and relations; developing promotional communication material for the organizations; creating and engaging content for the news portal; creating and implementing social media content for tho various social media platforms; and liaising with external stakeholders to highlight the achievements and impacts of the organization’s work.
