TORONTO (August 1, 2017): Over 150 years, Canada has welcomed people from different countries with a diverse cultural background. Dancing Damsels Inc. proudly presents the 4th edition of Toronto International Dance Festival and welcomes you all.
Dance, an art form that encompasses every art form may it be poetry, music, visual arts, drama, and movement. Dance is one of the vibrant element that portrays cultures and prosperity.
Toronto International Dance Festival (TiDf) aim to please your eyes by offering a unique experience of witnessing various dance forms and cultures all under one roof at Lyric Theatre – Toronto Center for the Arts (5040 Yonge St, North York, ON M2N 6R8) on 7th October, 2017.
Be ready for a visual treat as our dancers showcase the theme of our 4th year of festival i.e. “Showcasing World Dance Forms – All on One Stage”. Enjoy enthralling performances by Professional Level Dancers, Dance Companies, Dance production teams & Community Dance Groups.
Past colorful and vibrant events AT TiDf showcased over 60 different dance pieces with over 200 performers and a bewildering variety of dance forms to name a few; Jazz, Ballet, Ballroom, Modern, Contact Improv, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre Irish, Latin, Egyptian Belly Dancing, and almost all South Asian Classical and popular dance forms.
