Toronto (August 1, 2019): PANORAMA INDIA is all set for their next annual India Day Festival and Grand Parade to be held on August 18th at the Nathan Phillips Square featuring Bollywood Actress & Miss Universe 2000 Lara Dutta as the Parade Marshall and Punjabi Singer Garry Sandhu as the Headliner artist.
This event is one of Toronto’s largest and most iconic South Asian festival with over 85,000 people expected to attend.
This FREE community event has something for all ages! The purpose of the festival is to bring together the local Indian community through the celebration of unity in diversity.
Consul General of India in Toronto, Dinesh Bhatia will preside over the India Day event. Several notable political dignitaries from all levels of the government will participate.
The all-day program includes performances by 300+ local dancers and Panorama Idol singers. The International Marketplace and Meena Bazaar will host a variety of unique clothes, food and jewelry booths.
