Toronto (20 January, 2018): Tookar Tamasha Arts is proud to present internationally known bollywood singer Kavita Krishnamurthy, in a Musical concert Dola Re Dola on April 7th, at (Doors open 5 pm). The concert will be held at Chinguacousy Secondary School, 1370 Williams Parkway, Brampton, ON L6S 1V3 .
Singer Kavita Krishnamurthy is a well known singer in the music world and she has given many Bollwyood hits like Dola re Dola, Hawa Hawai, Nimbooda, I love my India, Tu Cheez Badi Hai, etc..
The event will also showcase Jhinook Mukherjee, an overseas dancer cum dance choreographer. Jhinook who is trained in Bharatnatyam from Thankamani Kutti and Mamata Shankar, India will not only be performing a solo item, she will also be presenting a one of a kind dance item with over 30 locally trained dancers. Working with contemporary dance forms, the theme of the item will present the Indian regional festivities that celebrate the occurrence of full moon during particular months of the year.
