Toronto (25 July 2020): Toronto based TripleAAA Connect Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of the first virtual queuing software – VQueues specifically designed for Canadian businesses. VQueues is a secure cloud-based system powered by Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Developed by incoming students of world-class universities like the University of Waterloo, Wharton School of Business and University of Western Ontario, VQueues is poised to enhance customers’ entry user experience in several industries dramatically.
VQueues functions as a dual-sided system using a business app and a customer app. Businesses such as clinics, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, spas, schools, universities, service centres and amusement parks can use this app to create and configure their virtual queues. End customers can then join these queues using the app while still in their cars or nearby locations. Customers can also complete forms, sign documents and upload identification if required. The business can view this information in PDF format, thus eliminating the need for paper-based forms. This, in turn, saves valuable time as forms can be completed before arriving at the business. Staff can monitor queue traffic and see customers joining their queues in real-time. Staff can also send a standard predefined notification or a customized notification. The customer can then make their way inside once notified – skipping the line entirely.
With social distancing practices in place, crowds and lineups are bigger and longer than ever. Using VQueues, businesses can connect with customers from a safe distance by completely digitizing the queueing system and creating a contactless queueing experience. Customer and staff anxiety can be eased by reducing unnecessary contact – customers will be able to complete any necessary paperwork and wait their turn remotely and safely.
