Celebrate 68th Indian Republic Day Celebrations @ Pearson Convention Centre
Toronto: Panorama India will celebrate India’s 68th Republic Day on Saturday, 28th January, 2017 from 11 am to 6 pm at: Pearson Convention Centre (2638 Steels Ave East, Brampton).
With the support of the Consulate General of India, this FREE community event unites the local Indian community through celebrating the diversity of India. This is facilitated through a cultural program, folk dance competition, Panorama India Idol Finale, drawing competition for children, food court, and Meena Bazaar with a variety of clothes, food, and jewelry booths.
Panorama Chair Anu Srivastava announced “more than 20 community organizations are participating in this year’s celebration and 215 local performers have been given the Panorama India platform“.
Consul General of India in Toronto Mr.Dinesh Bhatia will preside and represent Government of India. Notable political dignitaries attending are Ontario’s Premier Kathleen Wynne and Opposition Leader Mr Patrick Brown.
